Junior Business Analyst

As a Junior Business Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting the transformation of our digital and social media platforms. Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the creation of user stories, process flows, and functional specifications to guide the development of digital solutions.
  • Assist in the design and testing of new platform features to ensure they meet business needs and user expectations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT, marketing, and design to ensure seamless execution of digital and social media initiatives.
  • Monitor and track project progress, ensuring deadlines and deliverables are met, while identifying and addressing potential risks.
  • Help prepare reports and presentations for stakeholders to communicate progress, findings, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Stay up to date on industry trends and emerging technologies related to digital and social media platforms to contribute fresh ideas and innovative solutions.

Key Qualifications:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex business needs into clear requirements.
  • Familiarity with digital and social media platforms, and an understanding of how they can drive engagement and enhance organizational impact.
  • Experience with business analysis tools, project management software, and document management systems is a plus.
